After submitting these details, we typically respond to your inquiry within one business day. In our reply, we will provide information regarding the expected repair time (usually 2–3 business days), the availability of necessary parts (newer socket types are usually in stock), and instructions for shipping the package.
You can send the faulty item to us via parcel locker or delivery service (we are located in Hungary).
Once the motherboard arrives, a work order is created upon receipt, documented with photos. After the repair, the motherboard is tested using specialized instruments and equipment. Only after everything is verified as correct do we power on the motherboard to begin further testing. The test results and the post-repair condition are recorded on the work order.
Upon completion of the workflow, we will contact you to inform you of the repair results and the return shipping date. The fee for the repair and return shipping can be paid via Paypal or Revolut.

Warranty and Service Terms:
Our warranty covers only the work performed by us, which in this case is the socket replacement.
Socket replacement services are provided at a fixed price. This means the service fee must be paid regardless of whether the motherboard becomes fully functional or only partially operational. The time, labor, and material costs remain the same regardless of the final outcome. Therefore, it is critical that if the damage occurs, you do not power on the motherboard, do not attempt to start it, and do not try to repair it yourself. Taking these actions decreases the probability of full functionality following a professional socket replacement.
